1. Program Description

1.1 Corporate Training Programs: We offer various corporate training programs designed to enhance [e.g., leadership skills, team effectiveness, communication, specific technical skills]. Specific program content, duration, objectives, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) provided to the Client.

1.2 Life Coaching Programs: We offer life coaching services focused on [e.g., personal development, career advancement, goal setting, overcoming challenges]. Specific coaching methodologies, session frequency, and program objectives will be discussed and agreed upon with the individual Client during an initial consultation or within a coaching agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1 For Corporate Training: The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding participants and their needs.

  • Ensure the availability of suitable facilities (if on-site training).

  • Facilitate participant engagement and attendance.

  • Adhere to any agreed-upon timelines for providing information or feedback.

2.2 For Life Coaching: The Client agrees to:

  • Actively participate in coaching sessions and complete any agreed-upon assignments.

  • Be open and honest about their goals, challenges, and progress.

  • Understand that coaching is a collaborative process and success depends on their commitment and effort.

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared during sessions.

2.3 General: The Client acknowledges that the effectiveness of the Programs depends significantly on their active participation and commitment.

3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Payment Structure: Fees for Programs will be outlined in a separate proposal, invoice, or coaching agreement. Payment terms may include:
  • Full payment in advance.

  • Payment in installments.

  • Deposit required with the remaining balance due [e.g., prior to commencement, upon completion].

3.2 Payment Methods: Payments can be made via [e.g., bank transfer, credit card, online payment gateway]. Details will be provided on the invoice.

3.3 Late Payments: [If applicable] A late payment fee of [e.g., 1.5% per month or 18% per annum] may be applied to overdue invoices. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid invoices.

3.4 Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST/VAT), which will be added to the invoice where required by law.

4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling

4.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations/Rescheduling (Corporate Training):

  • 30 days or more prior to program start: [e.g., Full refund less an administrative fee of 10% ].

  • Between 10 and 15 days prior to program start: [e.g., 50% refund ].

  • Less than 3 days prior to program start: [e.g., No refund; full program fee remains payable].

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to our availability.

4.2 Client-Initiated Cancellations/Rescheduling (Life Coaching):

  • 5 hours/days notice for individual sessions: [e.g., Session can be rescheduled without penalty].

  • Less than 1 hours/days notice or no-show: [e.g., Session will be forfeited and considered used, or a rescheduling fee of INR 5% will apply].

  • For package cancellations, [e.g., no refunds for unused sessions in a package, or pro-rata refund for unused sessions if canceled within 2 days of purchase, less an administrative fee].

4.3 Provider-Initiated Cancellations/Rescheduling: In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a Program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness of trainer, technical issues), we will:

  • Offer an alternative date or trainer.

  • If an alternative is not suitable, provide a full refund for the cancelled portion of the Program.

  • We are not responsible for any other costs incurred by the Client due to such cancellations or rescheduling.
